The spacious 1500 sq ft upper floor apartment is the perfect beach and country getaway. The sunroom overlooks the warmest swimming beach north of San Diego and has beautiful sunrises over Mount Baker. The large roof deck is perfect for dining and sunsets. The ocean and tidal flats are great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or just long walks on the beach.

Point Roberts, WA is a rural community with beaches, parks, a marina, and an18 hole golf course but is only 23 miles from downtown Vancouver, BC, Canada. Voted #1 city in North America.

Maple Beach House was built in 1922 but is completely renovated, retaining the original craftsman details and fir floors while adding newer ammenities like ensuite bathrooms to both bedrooms, a rooftop deck, and a full kitchen.         

                  Accomodations & Rates   

Separate 1500sf upper floor with private entrance. The fully equipped kitchen leads to a 300sf roof deck with BBQ, dining and lounge chairs and ocean / sunset views.  Large 21 x 16 living room has Direct TV, DVD and high speed Wireless Internet.

King bedroom with shower ensuite, queen bedroom with tub/shower ensuite with an additional queen bed and single bed in the enclosed porch accessed through the queen bedroom.

The oceanside enclosed front porch with 2 daybeds and second dining area is perched directly above Maple Beach with great views of Boundary Bay, Mount Baker and south towards the San Juan Islands. The perfect spot to dine inside, view the beach or read.

Sleeps maximum 6 /  no smoking/no pets

$150 to $250 USD per night - two night minimum

$1000 to $1400 USD per week -  10.5% tax on rentals

July & August - 5 night minimum

Off-season & monthly rates available. No tax on monthly

      Maple Beach House is located in Point Roberts, Washington. 

You can enjoy swimmming, kayaking, windurfing, fishing & birdwatching. Walking or biking our quiet and safe country roads is also a favourite pastime. An excellent 18 hole golf course is open year round and a large maina allows easy access to salmon fishing and the San Juan or Gulf Islands.
